Contemporary, Colorful, Cozy
Form and color take center stage in this condo renovation along Chicago’s lake front. We were inspired by the 1970’s architecture of the building and the colorful landscape that is on display as you enter the space. Natural light bounces around the main living area changing the colors of the space from light and bright during the day to warm glowing pink as the sun sets and bounces off neighboring buildings. The moody blue of lake Michigan and the dance of the sun through the seasons informed the white, blue, tobacco and pink color palette.
