LUXURY AMENITY SPACES AND ROOFTOP POOL

The Old Town neighbhorhood in Chicago is overflowing with energetic hustle and bustle. We were engaged to establish the design concept for 3 amenity spaces and rooftop pool area in a new constructon luxury apartment building. The design work included selecting the color palette, furnishings, rugs, art, accessories, tile for the kitchen and fireplace surround, all outdoor furnishings and mural design.
